Imagination Technologies announced that it had closed a deal to license its technology on an exclusive basis with an “international electronics company.” Imagination Technologies is a manufacturer of systems that operate under a single chip. Such treatment could confirm previous rumors about this company was considering an agreement with Apple that would give exclusivity in the use and distribution of the chipset PowerVR SGX.
